Does Concert Lume record audio?
No. Concert Lume analyzes audio locally on the device and does not record, store or upload audio data.
Is an account required?
No account is required. You can start the app and use the light show directly.
Does the app require special equipment at the venue?
No. Concert Lume is designed to work on audience devices without special venue hardware or complex setup.
Can Concert Lume guarantee perfect synchronization?
Concert Lume is designed to create a synchronized shared light experience. However, perfect synchronization cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Small differences may occur depending on network availability, device performance, microphone characteristics, device position, distance from the speakers, reflections and room acoustics. Offline devices can still react locally to sound, but may not be synchronized with other devices.
Why may colors differ slightly between devices?
Different displays, brightness settings and operating system color handling can make colors appear slightly different.
What can I do if synchronization is temporarily unavailable?
Check your internet connection, restart the app and try again. The app can still create local music-driven light effects. If no internet connection is available and a device is not fully synchronized, you can manually adjust the color display in the app to better match the other devices.
